What happens when you have completed the assessment requirements for your Structured Training Programme?
Complete the Structured Training Programme Completion form. this form needs to be signed by yourself and your employer or host organisation. Make sure you tick the box to have the certificate issued.
Once this form is received by EMQUAL a final check will be make to ensure that all the requirements have been met and are recorded.
EMQUAL will then arrange for the certificate to be issued.
