For EMQUAL to succeed as a key Industry Organisation for training and development, the high performance of the EMQUAL Board is vital. To achieve this success it requires good governance from the Board, and strong management by the Chief Executive Officer. A formal set of rules for EMQUAL is registered with the Companies Office. These rules establish the broad framework for the operations of EMQUAL and the Board.
All Board Members will have governance experience. A balance of the following skills and expertise must be represented in Members to ensure a full complement of appropriate expertise on the Board:
